Almost every camera has a '(1/4')20-speed UNC thread' on the bottom of the housing, the so-called tripod thread. The accessory can be screwed onto this thread and thus keeps your camera on the boat. Also many action cameras have a (1/4') thread.

In some few models, especially for large format cameras, there is a '(3/8') 16-speed UNC thread'. In this case, use the item with the item number: Tp038.

Fishing rod holder with a rotating closure to secure fishing rod

This reliably secures and holds upright a fishing rod onto the kayak. It can be fitted in a mount in any position about its axis and conveniently adjusted for inclination relative to the horizon with a step of 30° as well as reliably secured in a selected position. The holder is equipped with a back rest for fixing the rod in position, thereby preventing it from axial rotation. The design provides for a locking ring that secures the fishing rod reel. This helps prevent loss of the rod during trolling or transportation. Also, it has a special hole to secure the rod with a safety leash.

Designed for fixing a flashlight and other objects with a diameter of 15 to 25 mm. The design consists of an elastic clamp and a holder body, which is covered with an elastic soft insert inside. The body of the holder has projections for fixing of the clamp and is connected to the male a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star by 15° spline tilt joint. The tilt position is fixed with a square knob nut.

The holder together with the fixed flashlight can be 360° rotated without having to remove the adapter from the mount.

Assembly includes fasteners: M6*20 and M6*60 DIN 912 screws, an M6*25 DIN 931 bolt, an M6 DIN 985 and an M6 DIN 934 nuts. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, the fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, the insert — of polyurethane.

Most air inflation pumps are either high pressure / low volume or low pressure / high volume, with very few pumps having both capabilities. The manual foot pumps that comes included with the NERIS Smart kayaks are of the high pressure / low volume type because you need to be able to attain the high pressures needed for that craft. The drawback is a longer pumping time, when you really want to be out paddling already!

Tear-Aid repairs, not only the foldable boat's skin and accessories, it can be used for other outdoor items such as canvas / nylon tents, sleeping bags, camp beds, ground sheets, tarpaulins, backpacks, dry suits, wet suits, jackets / cags, to name a few. Tear-Aid is available as Type A and Type B. Both types have the same unique qualities but each type is designed for a specific group of materials. Tear-Aid can be used to repair tears and holes in the centre of the material, as well as tears and holes on the edge of the material. For tear and holes on the edge of the material, a nylon line (supplied) is used to reinforce the edge of the repair.

Type A - Most materials other than vinyl and PVC. Suitable for Hypalon, TPU, CSM, canvas decks, nylon sponson sleeves, Cordura bags, spray covers / skirts, and sail sheets. 90% immediate adhesive strength, 100% adhesive strength after 1 hour.

Type B - Only for vinyl and PVC. Can be used immediately, 100% adhesive strength after 24 hours.

Each sealed sachet comes with a 7.6cm x 30cm patch, 4 alcohol pads, nylon line and instruction leaflet. You cut the patch to the preferred size (scissors not included). For optimal attachment, the patch needs at least 2,5 cm of coverage around the tear. For larger tears, longer/wider rolls are available on request.

Leave the sponges in bottom of kayak during your paddles in the best key positions where water mostly accumulates.

Essential piece of kit to keep packed in the foldable kayak backpack - for cleaning and drying the boat skin before packing away after a paddle. Easy to clean the sponges afterwards with soapy water, ready for the next paddle. If left exposed to dry out for a few days, these sponges become rock hard bricks, so its important to keep them moist!
